YGS Connect Newsletter
YGS sends a seasonal newsletter out to its employees with updates about the company and fun activities. Each issue’s design is geared towards a theme and relates back to the season it will be released in. This issue is the summer issue and was given the theme of nourishing your body and mind. I created the look and feel of an old school journal. The main story being shared was about favorite summer retreats so I wanted the overall look to be a journal with “stickers” elements and the idea of documenting everything in a fun book. There are also elements of “handwriting” incorporating some doodle elements as well. Each issue includes an activity for employees kids to get involved so this issues activity is a beach day scavenger hunt.
